Calypso has identified a unique opportunity to introduce affordable, high quality housing to a market that is on the cusp of extraordinary growth but is severely underserved by decent housing alternatives. Accordingly, Calypso is developing Condominios del Parque Caribe, a 240-unit condominium complex spread across 10 buildings.
